Who Am I?

  1. Name: Gail
  2. A little history:

I grew up in a small town of Wahiawa called Whitmore Village. I am a 2009 Leilehua High School and 2011 Heald College graduate. I was raised by my very loving parents who both grew up in Ilocos Norte, Dingras in the Philippines.

  1. What do you do in your free time:

On my free time I love to play video games, swim at the beach, and travel.

  1. What do you do for PRC:

Patient Solutions Specialist- I assist patients with any and every need, I assist in training employees, I help Dr Tafoya in any way that I can, and I am learning to supervise our staff to become clinic manager

  1. How long have you been working at PRC: 8+ years
  2. What is your favorite thing about PRC:

My favorite thing about PRC is helping patients get the care they need. In the state of Hawaii, it is very difficult for people to get the proper care with affordable treatment due to high cost of living and other financial expenses. It is very rewarding to me when I am able to help patients get the best treatment available by finding ways to lower their out-of-pocket expense.
