Who Am I- Emily
A little history:
I was born and raised in Wisconsin and moved to Hawaii in 2018. I am the youngest in my family and was the first to graduate college. I graduated in the spring of 2017 with my Bachelor of Science in Public Health with a secondary major in Spanish. Moving to Hawaii has been an adventure of a lifetime and I am so glad to be here!
What do you do in your free time:
In my free time I enjoy going to the beach or doing anything outdoors. I also love spending time with my family when I am able to do so. I am also a pro at napping and watching Netflix!
What do you do for PRC:
At PRC I am a patient coordinator. Just a few of my responsibilities include checking patients in and out for their appointments as well as answering the phone and making calls. I also make sure patients who need referrals have them.
How long have you been working at PRC:
I have been working at PRC for just over a year.
What is your favorite thing about PRC:
My favorite thing about PRC is the people—both the patients and the staff! All of us at PRC get along really well and I consider them my ohana away from home. I have been able to learn so much from each of my coworkers and especially Dr. Tafoya. He is a great educator! I am beyond thankful that PRC has let me be a part of their incredible family.
