PATIENT SATISFACTION

Patient care and customer service are of utmost importance at Pacific Retina Care. Our Mission Statement states:

At Pacific Retina Care, our goal is to provide

personalized state-of-the-art care in a nurturing

environment.

To ensure that we are meeting our goal now that we have more staff members beside the Doctor and myself, I have decided to implement a Patient Satisfaction Questionnaire. This first attempt is basic. We are asking only a handful of questions on a preprinted form. We give the option of completing the form and submitting to us at the time of service or sending back to us in a provided stamped envelope.

In the future, we will design a more detailed survey sent to all of our patients. For now I just want to hear what our patients have to say anonymously. The last question asks if the patient would consider referring friends or family members to Doctor Tafoya for vitreoretinal care. The last statement thanks them and asks them to consider reviewing us on Google, Yahoo!, yelp, Facebook or any of the other medical review websites. I anticipate hearing positive replies, but if not we will be prepared to improve our services.

To my delight every patient that completed a survey thus far is happy with our service! I added some of my favorite comments to Pacific Retina’s facebook page. Thank you for supporting Pacific Retina Care!
